What I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

Who this covers
This policy explains what SAV-age Consulting ("SAV-age", "I", "me") collects when you use www.sav-age.com, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do with it. www.sav-age.com is run by SAV-Age, a sole proprietorship of Viraj Bhagat, Mumbai, India, trading as SAV-age Consulting.
What I collect
If you only read the site, I collect nothing that identifies you. The hosting provider, Webflow, keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address of the device that loaded the page, the browser type and the time, for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to identify you.
If you send me a letter through the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, your company, your email, your mobile number if you add it, the lines you tick about what is eating your week, and anything you write in the thoughts box. If you message me on WhatsApp instead, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Why I collect it
For one reason: to reply to you and, if we both want to, to arrange a conversation about your business. I do not use your details for marketing lists, I do not sell them, and I do not share them with anyone to sell you anything.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored by Webflow, Inc., which hosts this site, on servers in the United States, and are emailed to my Microsoft 365 mailbox. Both companies process the data on my instructions and under their own security commitments. Fonts on the site load from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request for the font file; Google does not receive anything you type. Nobody else sees your details unless the law requires me to share them.
How long I keep it
If we do not go on to work together, I delete your enquiry within twelve months of our last exchange. If we do work together, your details become part of the engagement record and are kept for as long as the engagement and Indian record-keeping rules require.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent for me to keep it. Write to viraj@sav-age.com and I will act within a reasonable time, normally within a week. If you believe I have not handled your data properly, raise it with me first at the same address; you also have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
Today this site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking across other websites. The only data stored in your browser is what Webflow needs to display the page and to protect the contact form from spam. I intend to add basic visitor analytics in future. When I do, this section and the date at the top will change, and a notice will appear on the site.
Children
The site is written for business owners and is not meant for anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect details from children.
Links to other sites
The site links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Those services have their own policies, and I am not responsible for how they handle your data.
Changes
If I change this policy I will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least thirty days.
